The castle of Kyparissia

Surrounded by the old town of Kyparissia, also known as the Castle of Arcadia, which was the medieval name of the town, this medieval castle dominates with its imposing over the coastal city. Mythology name it to be a building of the “giants” since its cyclopean walls have stones four meters long. It is really worth visiting it in order to enjoy the wonderful view of the city and the Ionian Sea while the walk between the stone houses and the picturesque cobbled streets of the preserved settlement will take you back to another era.
