Terms of arrival and departure

  • Arrival time at the room 14.00
  • Departure time from the room 12.00
  • If you free the room between 12.00 and 18.00, you will be charged with an extra 30% of the value of an overnight stay
  • If you leave after 18.00 you will be charged with the whole day
  • Please inform the hotel if you are about to arrive after midnight

Cancellations and changes

Prolongation of vacations

Should the client wish to extend his/her vacations during his/her stay at Enastron Villas, the manager of Enastron cannot guarantee that he/she will be staying in the same room. Should the client wish to prolong his/her vacations, before his/her arrival at the hotel, he/she must contact the competent manager of Enastron in time.

Changes

If the client wishes to change the dates of his/her stay, he/she must contact the manager of Enastron in time. In case the client wishes to reduce the days of his/her stay, the manager of Enastron will withhold a 50% of the sum of the remaining days, provided that he is notified after the client’s arrival at the hotel. In any other case, the client must contact the manager of Enastron within 15 days before his/her arrival.

Cancellation of a reservation

If the client wishes to cancel his/her reservation, he/she must contact the manager of Enastron in time. The client reserves the right to cancel his/her reservation at any time, with the following sanctions.

Cost of cancellation of a reservation

If the cancellation of the reservation takes place:

  • 22 days or longer before the arrival date of the visiting client, the deposit in advance is returned to him/her (any occurring costs shall be charged to the visiting client)
  • 14 to 21 days before the arrival date of the visiting client, a percentage of 30% of the deposit in advance is returned to him/her (any occurring costs shall be charged to the visiting client)
  • If the client does not appear at the hotel on the predefined arrival date until 23.00 he/she will be charged the 100% of the total sum of the agreed period
  • An earlier departure than the agreed date is charged with the 50% of the cost of the remaining days.

Reservations and reservation confirmations

Room reservations via e-mail or telephone In order to make a reservation for a room via e-mail or telephone you must deposit 25% of the total sum at the bank account provided by us.

You must fax the receipt of the deposit at 0030 27610 71172 or send it to us via e-mail ( info@enastronvillas.gr).

This e-mail address is protected against malicious use. You need to activate Javascript in order to view it. This receipt must contain the same surname that was used for the reservation, as well as a cell phone number.

In case this is not feasible please contact us via phone in order to confirm the reservation. Otherwise, the reservation is cancelled at no other notice and the room is released.

Following that, we will send you a reservation confirmation with your name and the total value of the stay, as well as the arrival and departure dates.

It would be advisable to print this confirmation and present it to us when you arrive at our premises. The rest of the sum will be paid when you arrive at Enastron Villas.

It is necessary to present us with your ID card or password at your arrival at Enastron Villas.

You must be over 18 years of age in order to make a room reservation.
